Filipinos are known to be hospitable people. You may be invited to some parties since you're the new kid in town. In part one of this blog, you already learned how to introduce yourself in Filipino like a pro. In gatherings, you don't just introduce yourself to people you like to mingle with and leave your friends behind. You make it a point that their presence will be acknowledged, too. Afterall, you've reached the place with them by your side. To continue the momentum, you may introduce your friends in Filipino language like a pro. When you're with a friend, instead of using "he" or "she", use "siya". If your friend's name is Megan, you will say, "Siya si Megan" or "Siya naman si Megan."
